At Radi-C Skin Care, we want you to love your skincare experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
How to Return
- Contact us at info@radicskincare.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
- We’ll provide a return shipping address and instructions.
- Ship the product back to us at your expense (unless the product is defective or incorrect, in which case we’ll cover the shipping cost).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- You’ll receive a full refund of the purchase price, excluding any original shipping fees.
- For defective or incorrect products, we’ll also refund the return shipping cost or send a replacement at no additional cost, at your preference.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return, except in cases of defects or damage.
- Gift cards or promotional items are non-returnable.
